The Xpertno International Journal of Interdisciplinary Research (XIJIR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal established in July 2023. The journal is published on a triannual basis and follows a continuous (rolling) publication model, whereby articles are published online immediately upon acceptance and are subsequently grouped into issues for archival and indexing purposes. The journal released its first issue (Volume 1, Issue 1) covering the period Sept–Dec 2023.
All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality, integrity, and impartiality. The journal operates on a fully open-access and free-to-publish model and does not charge any article processing or submission fees (APCs), ensuring equitable access to publication opportunities for researchers.
The journal is founded on the understanding that contemporary research increasingly benefits from interdisciplinary engagement, where meaningful and innovative insights emerge through the interaction of diverse academic perspectives. It aims to promote scholarly dialogue, encourage collaboration across disciplines, and support the dissemination of knowledge beyond traditional academic boundaries.
