Ownership and Legal Status
The Xpertno International Journal of Interdisciplinary Research (XIJIR) is fully owned, governed, and published by the Xpertno Research Center (SMC Pvt. Ltd.), a legally registered research and educational organization under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Registration No. 0255206, and National Tax Number D477816. The Center operates independently as a non-commercial entity committed to advancing open-access academic publishing and research excellence.

Legal Transition and Ownership Update
Previously, The Xpertno International Journal of Interdisciplinary Research (XIJIR) was published through a collaboration between the Xpertno Research Center (SMC Pvt. Ltd.) and Expert Novice Group Pvt. Ltd., with Expert Novice Group serving as the umbrella organization overseeing several academic, research, and publishing initiatives.
During the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 25, 2025, it was formally resolved that all ownership, publishing rights, and administrative responsibilities for XIJIR be transferred exclusively to the Xpertno Research Center (SMC Pvt. Ltd.). This transition aims to strengthen independent governance, operational transparency, and ethical accountability in line with international academic publishing standards.
Accordingly, beginning with Volume III (September–December 2025 Issue), the Xpertno Research Center (SMC Pvt. Ltd.) serves as the sole legal owner and publisher of XIJIR.
Editorial Independence
- All editorial and review decisions for XIJIR are made independently by the appointed Editorial Board.
- The publisher does not influence editorial judgments, review outcomes, or article acceptance.
- The journal upholds integrity, academic freedom, and transparency in line with global publishing standards.
Funding and Financial Model
The journal operates on a volunteer-based, non-commercial model and:

Is financially supported through internal funding from the Xpertno Research Center and its parent institution, Expert Novice Group Pvt. Ltd.

Governance and Accountability
- The Editorial and Advisory Boards are selected based on merit, academic contribution, and disciplinary expertise.
- All appointments and governance policies are reviewed annually by the Xpertno Research Center to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to ethical standards.
