The Xpertno International Journal of Interdisciplinary Research (XIJIR) is owned and published by the Xpertno Research Center (SMC Pvt. Ltd.), a legally registered research and educational organization. XRC is a constituent unit of Expert Novice Group Pvt. Ltd., which serves as the umbrella institution for various academic, publishing, and training initiatives. The organization is dedicated to promoting free, accessible, and high-quality academic publishing through volunteer collaboration and ethical governance.

 

Editorial Independence

While the journal is administratively managed under the Xpertno Research Center, all editorial decisions are made independently by the appointed Editorial Board, without interference from owners, sponsors, or any external stakeholders.

 

Funding and Business Model

The journal operates on a non-commercial, volunteer-driven model, and:

• Does not charge any fees for submission, review, or publication.

• Is funded internally through the supporting organization.

• Maintains transparency and ethical publishing in accordance with RICE & SEIPID regulations.

 

Governance Oversight

The editorial and advisory boards are appointed based on merit, disciplinary expertise, and voluntary interest. All governance decisions are reviewed annually during board meetings in consultation with the parent organization.
